Your favourite event venue is alive and well, and we’ve taken advantage of the hiatus forced upon us by the pandemic to start a brand new chapter. This fall, our doors will open to reveal a multifunctional space with event venues, offices, and a coworking space — all under one roof.

The pandemic has changed many things and Entrepôts Dominion is no exception. We took full advantage of months of confinement to rethink our services and come back with a bigger, better, and completely transformed space!

From now on, our Saint-Henri home will embrace a hybrid role that fully exploits the potential of this exceptional building: its four floors will host distinct spaces to meet our clients’ event and business needs.

Ground floor: the same beloved event venues. 

If it’s not broken, don’t fix it! On the ground floor, Entrepôts Dominion’s versatile venues will continue to host weddings, fundraisers, corporate events, launch parties, and other events in a unique industrial setting.

Our event expert Emmanuel Goubard will continue to guide you through every step of creating a fully customized event that will exceed your expectations.

Second floor: exceptional shared spaces and services, plus some great offices for rent.

One of the greatest benefits of making Entrepôts Dominion your professional home base is enjoying a hassle-free turnkey formula. Our offices come fully furnished and equipped, and our tenants can enjoy access to convenient exclusive services.
The second floor hosts most of the shared spaces and services available to our tenants: reception desk, mail service, kitchen and cafeteria, a welcoming terrace and pool during the summer months, conference rooms, and more.

Please note that the Bistro (comprised of the cafeteria, our lush terrace, and spacious conference rooms) is also available to rent for private events. This versatile space can be arranged in a multitude of ways to meet your needs. It’s ideal for press conferences, business meetings, launch parties, happy hours, etc.

On top of common areas that are anything but common (!), the second floor hosts multiple office spaces for businesses of any size. By moving into the second floor, your business will have direct and privileged access to all our shared spaces.

Third floor: an entire floor of over 12,000 square feet for rent.
